How many Weddings/Events do you book per day?
We only photograph 1 Wedding or Event per day. That way we ensure our clients receive our full attention.
Do you travel for weddings?
Will you have an Assistant with you?
Depending on the package booked and size of the Wedding I may bring an assistant to help with portraits and lighting.
Will there be a 2ndPhotographer with you?
We strongly recommend having a 2ndphotographer so that we are able to capture different angles of your day as well being able to capture more memories for you.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes, each photographer that is on site has at least 2 camera bodies as well as multiple lenses.
Can we meet with you prior to booking?
I always recommend a consultation prior to booking to see if we are a good fit for each other as well as providing you the opportunity to view album/image samples.
Can we customize a photography package?
Yes, while we do have some preset packages, we also love to create custom packages as unique as your Love Story! If you don’t see a package you like let us create one for you.
Do you include engagement photos in your packages?
All of our preset packages include a free engagement session. Or you can book just a session kind of like a try before you buy, and we can put the session cost towards a package when you book with us.
Do you do a Walkthrough of a venue prior to the wedding?
If the location is unfamiliar to us, then we are always more than happy to go visit it in order to familiarize ourselves with the locations layout as well as lighting.
Are there any vendors or venues you can recommend?
Over the years we have had the privilege of working alongside some of the best vendors and venues in the industry. Upon booking with us we are more than happy to send you a list of our recommended DJ’s, Venues, Hair & Makeup Artists, Florists, Bridal Boutiques, Tuxedo Stores, Cake Makers, etc…
Do you require a retainer?
Yes, we require a 30% non-refundable retainer with the signing of your contract to hold your date.
Do you accept payment in installations?
Yes, we are always more than happy to set up a payment plan for you. We just ask that your final payment be made 4 weeks prior to the date of your Wedding/Event.
Can we request a list of specific photos we would like?
We absolutely encourage our clients to create a list of shots. However, we cannot guarantee that all photos on the list will be taken based on timing and cooperation of people in the photos. However, we will go over the list prior to your Wedding/Event to note your must have photos so that we can make every effort possible to capture them for you.
Will we have the rights to our images?
Christopher Dennis Photography, LLC retains the copyright to all images taken, however we do provide you with a print release and allo you to share the images as you like. We just kindly ask that you do not edit or add filters to your delivered images.
How long after our Wedding/Event will we receive our images?
Image delivery is based upon season as some months are busier than others. Our delivery window is 4-10 weeks for the delivery of your Web Gallery and your USB will arrive approximately 1-2 weeks after delivery of your Web Gallery.
Can we order print products and albums from you directly?
Yes, via your web gallery we have linked our store were you can order prints and canvases and have them delivered right to your front door. If you want custom cards, save the dates, thank you cards, or albums we work with you personally to create and order them.
